This is the perfect highlighter! The last couple of year it has been difficult to find a shade not too white, too yellow, too bright or too dark for my skintone and eye color, but no more. This is great for all over the lid too for the days you want to look more natural. It has a nice sheen without being glittery and glides onto the lids. The picture doesn't do it justice.

For reference I wear Linden in the Winter/Spring and Wheat in the Summer/Fall when I have a light tan. My eyes are hazel/brown, but I believe this shade would work well for all eye colors; it's just the perfect mix.
