• First, add a product to the shopping cart by pressing “Add to Cart”.
• If an “Add to Cart” button takes you to a product’s description, it means you need to select an option (such as size, skin type, flavor, gift set options, etc). Make your selection(s) from the drop down box(es) and press “Add to Cart”
• Once an item is in your shopping cart, you can change the quantity as follows:
  1. Click “Your Shopping Cart” if you are not already in your shopping cart
  2. To increase the quantity or decrease it to a non-zero number, enter the desired amount in the “Qty.” box next to the product’s picture and name
  3. Press “Update”
• To remove an item from your shopping cart, first check the “Remove” box next to the item’s picture and name. Then press “Update”.
• Note: changing the quantity to 0 will not remove an item from your shopping cart. You must check the “Remove” box to remove items from your cart.

You can apply a discount coupon code to your order on the Payment page when you checkout as follows:

• First make sure you have chosen a payment method: credit card, check/money order, or PayPal
• Then enter the coupon code in the Credits section where it says “Do you have an unused gift certificate or coupon code? Enter code here and press Redeem”. Enter the coupon code in that form field and press “Redeem”.
• You will be taken to the Order Summary page where you should see that coupon has been credited to your order.

If you notice that the coupon did not get credited to your order, it may be because:

1. You did not enter the coupon code in the correct place. See above for details.
2. You did not meet the minimum order subtotal requirement or specific product requirement. Check the details of the coupon and make sure your order subtotal meets any requirement and that you have placed any specific products in your shopping cart. If your coupon did not get applied to your order total, and you did not get an error message, you can check the coupon details from “Your Shopping Cart.” Once your are on the Your Shopping Cart page, scroll to the page bottom. If you redeemed a coupon, there should be Credits section at the bottom with “Coupon :” in it. Click “more info” to see the full details of your coupon.
3. The coupon has expired. See above to check the details of your coupon.
4. You have already used the coupon the maximum number of times on previous orders. Most of our coupon offers are limited to 1 per customer.

If you are still unable to apply a coupon and you are sure that you have entered the coupon code properly, that your order has met the minimum requirements, that the coupon has not expired and that you have not used the coupon already, please contact us for support. Be sure to include as many details as possible about your order, the coupon and what happened when you checked out so that we can process your order and fix any problems. Please do this BEFORE confirming your order. Thanks.

1. We will not and cannot honor coupon codes entered in the “comments about your order” section.
2. Coupon codes must be entered in the Credits section of the Payment checkout page (see above).
