Shipping and Return Information

Table of current shipping charges
Herbs of Grace charges shipping and handling fees based on the total weight of your order. The following table includes shipping and fees for ONE address within the US/continental 48 states. The shipping cost will be added to your order when you check out. As you add items to your shopping cart, you can also see an estimate of your order's weight by clicking on "Your Shopping Cart".

Order Fulfillment
We will ship all available items within 3-5 business days of receiving verification of your payment. Because all of our products are homemade, some items may not be available for immediate shipment. We will ship as much of your order as is available and notify you of any items on back-order. At this point, you would have the option to cancel that portion of your order for a full refund (minus any shipping charges already incurred). If a product is completely out of stock, you will be notified and that portion of your order will be refunded (minus any shipping charges already incurred). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Multiple Addresses
Our current shopping cart system can handle only one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, you can either place separate orders for each address, or email us with the order details and complete shipping information and we will send you a total price for the merchandise and shipping. Please note that it is possible to store up to five shipping addresses in Your Account so that you can easily ship gift orders to friends and family.

Holiday Delivery
If you're shopping for the holidays, please make sure your order is placed BEFORE DECEMBER 15th to ensure delivery before the holidays begin. You may still place orders after this date, but there is a chance that your items may not arrive in time for Christmas, especially given the higher volume the shipping carriers receive at that time of year. While we wish we had the resources to accommodate last-minute shopping and to guarantee holiday delivery, it is not possible for us to do so at this time and we thank you for your understanding.

If you are shopping for any other special occasion (birthdays, weddings, etc.), we recommend ordering two weeks in advance to make sure your order arrives in time. This gives both our little company and our shipping carrier enough time to get your order to you!

All sales are final.

Coupons

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order after you have completed the check-out process, please call or email us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped and all sales are final.
